Job Description – FAU FELLOWSHIP Athletic Trainer
Job Description:
Florida Atlantic University is a Division 1 Institution with 21 intercollegiate sports in Boca
Raton, FL. Fellow Athletic Trainers will be responsible for duties as assigned by the Director of
Sports Medicine including but not limited to: Prevention of injury/illness, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, travel responsibilities, rehabilitation, and daily communication with physicians, athletic training staff, and coaches.
Available Fellowship/Intern/Post Graduate position openings include:
1. Football or Olympic Sport TBD by experience and interest
**Position will begin ASAP with the potential to extend for an
additional year or more**
Salary Range and Benefits:
$30,000 - $34,000 – includes BOC/NATA Dues, CPR/AED certification, etc
Qualifications:
1. NATABOC Certified Athletic Trainer OR graduation from an accredited Athletic
Training program with eligibility to sit for NATABOC exam.
2. Eligibility to obtain Licensure in the State of Florida.
