Medical Sales Representative – TMS Stroke Program
Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Medical Sales Representative to join our team and support the growth of our cutting-edge Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Stroke Program. This role focuses on promoting our TMS Stroke program and related services to healthcare providers and patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation in healthcare, a strong sales background, and the ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and engage with physicians, rehabilitation specialists, hospitals, and clinics.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of TMS technology for post-stroke therapy, emphasizing clinical efficacy. Making informative and persuasive presentations to healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Keep accurate record of marketing activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors’ offices providing ongoing support and ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate outreach opportunities for our doctors to participate including workshops, seminars, and conferences to showcase our TMS Stoke benefits.
- Create and upload post for social media platforms.
Scheduling and Follow-up:
- Answer all patients inquires via phone, email or text. Describe program and typical treatment, discuss price and finalize transaction.
- Schedule patients for tele-med visits, track patient forms, MRI orders and coordinate with accounting department.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to patients staying informed on their needs and aligning solutions accordingly
Program Knowledge:
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in TMS and stroke rehabilitation to confidently answer technical questions.
- Collaborate with clinical and admin teams to provide comprehensive solutions to patients needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, business, or life sciences) or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in medical sales, preferably with experience in neurology or rehabilitation.
- Strong understanding of TMS technology or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with EMR software, zoom, google sheets, and social media.
- Will need to use own vehicle to visit doctors' offices. Company to provide standard milage reimbursement.
Preferred Skills:
- Clinical background or experience in neuroscience or stroke rehabilitation.
- Existing network of contacts in the healthcare industry.
- Previous experience with emerging medical technologies.
