Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Medical Device Sales Representative at Invictus Medical Inc. The Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting sales of spinal implants, building relationships with surgeons and hospitals, and managing accounts. Daily tasks include presenting products, conducting demonstrations, and providing post-sales support to clients and supporting staff.
Working with the industry’s fastest growing and most advanced bone growth stimulator in the market.
Will have sales and patient interaction responsibilities.
Work with neuro and ortho spine surgeons and their offices.
Great way to break in to the orthopedic/spine industry.
Qualifications
- Medical Sales and Sales skills
- Experience in Orthopedics and Operating Room environments
- Knowledge in Medicine field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities
- Willingness to travel within the Florida market
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Posterior Lumbar Degenerative Focus
- Lumbar degenerative pathologies

- Clinical study research and student presentations on PLIF/TLIF
- Lumbar fusion technologies (MIS and traditional “open” pedicle screw and interbody technologies used in a PLIF or TLIF procedure)
- Analysis of pedicle screw technologies and design features
Anterior/Lateral Lumbar Degenerative Focus, Deformity, Arthroplasty, Trauma and Navigation/Robotics
- Anterior and lateral lumbar surgical procedures and techniques
- Clinical study research and student presentations on ALIF/LLIF
- Fusion technologies (plating and stand-alone interbody devices used in an ALIF or LLIF procedure)
- Focus on complex spine correctional techniques and instrumentation
- Review of spine trauma and the technologies utilized to address trauma
- Learn the importance of VBR stabilization, artificial disc replacement technologies, and navigation/robotic assisted surgery
