Job Summary
We seek motivated and results-driven Medical Device Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. This role involves promoting and selling cutting-edge medical devices to healthcare providers, including doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other medical facilities. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and a passion for improving patient care through innovative medical solutions.
We are an FDA-registered distributor selling anti-aging products focused on Hair Regeneration, Aesthetics, Orthopedics, Sexual Wellness, and Wound Healing.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and engage prospective clients, including doctors, medspas, chiropractors, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
· Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of medical devices.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for account growth.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Provide ongoing education and training to providers on properly using our devices.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in medical technology.
· Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses for management review.
· Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences (e.g., biology or chemistry), or a related field is preferred.
Experience
· At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in business-to-business (B2B) or medical device sales.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
· Prior experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales is advantageous but not required.
· Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
