- Coordinate projects and events as needed.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial transactions and record-keeping.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Support dental receptionist duties when required.
- Assist with clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the center.
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in organizational tasks and multitasking effectively.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial management.
- Experience in project coordination and event planning is a plus.
- Previous work as a dental receptionist or in an administrative role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computerized systems for efficient task completion.
- Strong clerical skills including typing accuracy.
