Job Description: As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales for residential and commercial roofing projects. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, generate leads, and build a network of potential customers.
- Conduct on-site inspections and provide accurate roofing estimates.
- Present roofing solutions and close sales with residential and commercial clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, roofing products, and competitor offerings.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records and follow up with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in roofing sales or a similar field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by success.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience with CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus.
