DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
You have a proven track record in new construction with at least two completed high-end luxury residential projects, $5 million and above.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil and / or Structural Engineering or related degree and the combined work experience.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment based on project plans and specifications.
You can efficiently gather and interpret all relevant information for bids, including site visits, client meetings, drawings, specifications, and addendums.
Monitor and adjust project costs and prepare reports to ensure financial control for budget management.
Experience and expertise with Procore and Bluebeam software.

COMPENSATION
Competitive compensation package, with a salary of up to $110,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
