- Experience managing residential projects from inception to close-out, preferably on the luxury side and from ground up.
- The ability to expedite solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Logistical, supervisory and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate subcontractors and maintain high standards of work quality.

COMPENSATION
- Competitive compensation package, with a base salary range up to $150,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
