DO YOU WANT
- To work closely with Project Teams to develop project budgets and forecasts while monitoring project expenditures?
- To implement and maintain effective cost accounting systems for construction projects?
- To collaborate with Project Managers to provide financial insights?
YOU MUST HAVE
- Accounting experience, preferably for a Construction Management firm or a Real Estate Developer
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles

- A luxury commercial and residential General Contractor specializing in complex estate homes, new and renovation/additions
COMPENSATION
- Base salary: Up to $100,000
- Health, Life, Vision and Dental Insurance, PTO
