Construction Sr. Project Manager – Broward County

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
Demonstrated experience and strong track record as a Senior Project Manager or strong Project Manager ready to step up, with experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Background with ground-up and renovation projects, with experience in design build and cm at risk delivery.
Comfortable managing project plans, financials, subcontractors, and schedules while navigating permitting, inspections, and issue resolution with confidence.
Strong safety record and working knowledge of compliance standards, 30-hour OSHA certification preferred.
Proficiency in project management platforms such as Procore, or similar systems.
Ability to lead field and office coordination and support long-term company goals with integrity and accountability.
