DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Ten plus years on-site experience as a Lead Superintendent, including work on luxury condominiums (experience with branded condos is a plus)
- Proven ability to oversee construction operations ensuring timely, budget-friendly project execution while upholding high standards
- Skilled in construction practices, quality assurance, and safety measures
- Experience in inspecting operations for contract compliance and implementing quality control measures.
- Proficient in safety protocols and site inspections, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience in mentoring field team
- 30-hour OSHA certification is a plus

COMPENSATION
- Competitive compensation package, with a base salary range up to $180,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
