- Must be willing to relocate to Miami or currently reside in Dade County.
- Demonstrated success as a Superintendent with proven ability to oversee ultra-luxury projects and extensive experience in managing condo unit buildouts, particularly in Miami.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, with a history of leading projects and collaborating effectively with teams.
- Skilled in developing work plans, overseeing project schedules and ensuring high-quality execution.
- Experienced in managing budgets and costs while ensuring projects meet specifications and deadlines for ultra-luxury interiors.
- Demonstrate strong safety management and reporting skills to ensure a secure work environment and accurate project documentation.
