DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- Proven experience in managing preconstruction activities, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and document preparation, to ensure seamless project planning and execution.
- Proficiency in Procore and solid knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, scheduling, estimating, and safety practices.
- Site management coordination experience and demonstrated ability to interpret complex construction plans.
- Strong sense of urgency and GC experience to make an immediate impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
