Do You Have What It Takes?
A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture is preferred, with at least three years of relevant construction experience, demonstrating a high degree of accuracy in project execution.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, organizing phases and milestones while effectively coordinating with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Experience in efficiently allocating labor, materials, and equipment, utilizing Procore to streamline coordination with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors for timely delivery.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing project details and ensuring smooth operations across all phases.
A keen attention to detail in record-keeping, ensuring that all documentation meets standards, regulations, and policies, contributing to the successful completion of projects.
