DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- You have a proven track record in new construction with at least two completed high-end luxury residential projects, $5 million and above.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil and / or Structural Engineering or related degree and the combined work experience.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment based on project plans and specifications.
- Monitor and adjust project costs and prepare reports to ensure financial control for budget management.
- Experience and expertise with Procore and Bluebeam software.

COMPENSATION
- Competitive compensation package, with a salary of up to $110,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
