Communications and Marketing Coordinator

Located in Tallahassee, Florida, the Florida Association of Court Clerks & Comptrollers is a statewide, non-profit member association. The association is comprised of the Florida Clerks of the Circuit Court and Comptrollers. FACC Services Group, LLC, dba CiviTek Solutions was established in 1991 to provide financial and technical services for the Clerks of Circuit Court and Comptrollers of the State of Florida. CiviTek is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Florida Association of Court Clerks, Inc. (FCCC)
CiviTek, a Tallahassee tech company, is looking for a passionate and skilled Communications and Marketing Coordinator that can create, design, and execute both print and digital marketing and communications deliverables. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging materials that win the day.
The Communications and Marketing Coordinator collaborates with internal teams and oversees, coordinates and participates in the development and management of marketing programs, supports business objectives, leads acquisition, fosters customer retention, executes business development, provides sales support, and advances brand building. Specific responsibilities of the position are detailed below: 

What you will do

• Design promotional materials, including print media, social media, direct mail, online ads, and video.
• Manage and contribute to the organization’s public-facing websites.
• Coordinate and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
• Provide video and photography support where necessary.
• Maintain and monitor brand consistency across all media for marketing and communications initiatives.
• Design, schedule, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns, including email newsletters, social media content, and online advertising where needed.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of promotional campaigns for new product launches.
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Design & Create promotional materials: print ads, social media graphics, direct mail, online banners, and videos.
Manage & Maintain public-facing websites and digital presence.
Collaborate & Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, leadership) to align marketing strategies.
Capture Moments: Provide photography and videography support when needed.
Drive Campaigns: Design, schedule, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Launch Support: Help bring new products and services to market.
Analyze & Optimize: Use insights, market trends, and performance data to fine-tune strategies.
Keep Us In Sync: Ensure internal communication channels are updated with marketing goals and progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing or equivalent;
• A comprehensive design portfolio that shows proficiency in design and marketing techniques;
• 5 years or more in a similar role; advertising or marketing agency experience preferred
