Florida Custom Mold is a privately held company incorporated in 1988. Throughout the growth of our company, we have moved from being a custom mold maker supporting a small number of customers to a Total Solution Provider offering services such as modeling, injection molding of plastic parts, as well as UV printing and turnkey assembly. In addition, we offer numerous secondary services such as threaded insert installation serving more than 150 clients each year.

This Customer Accounts Representative position does require a strong Manufacturing background in Customer Service.

Prepare quotes for standard production is and generate appropriate reports as required, maintaining primary contact via telephone and/or written correspondence with customers.

Receive, discuss, and edit orders from customers. Process order changes and maintain records and related information. access, update, and maintain customer database/ERP system responding to customer inquiries regarding product selection, requests for pricing, quotations, and complaints, i.e., return authorization, shortages, adjustments, expediting and literature.

Check conditions of sales, shipping and/or service instructions and verify pricing. Input orders into the system work with manufacturing department to analyze and provide solutions to ensure customers’ needs and service expectations are met referring complex or technical issues to appropriate personnel.

Associates Degree is preferred but will accept working experience with proven skills and have experience working with management at all levels.

Must have experience in sales with emphasis in the manufacturing or production environment; must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills including Excel. Must have excellent problem resolution skills and experience.

• Customer service: 2 years (Required)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
