This is a clerical position for the Office of Licensing. The job duties and responsibilities are included below:
Maintain and control records and licensure logs.
Typing and preparing licensure documents generated by licensing staff. Entering licensing date on the computer and keeping record of all fees received.
Telephone- Routine answering and relaying messages to staff; answering inquiries for standards regarding licensing regarding
Assisting with the preparation of mileage
Puchasing supplies via the State's approved system and inventoring on a regular basis.
Printing pictures for legal documentation and scanning and filing
General secretarial duties including, but not limited to keeping and maintaining schedule for licensing administrator, preparing the minutes after meetings, and providing administartive support to the licensing administrator and staff
Other duties as required.
