This is an in-person position, 5 days a week. Located on the beautiful Harbour Island.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Director of Human Resources, you will play a critical role in both commercial and residential projects, specializing in:
- Development - Create and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Alignment - Bridging the gap between management and employee relations by addressing questions, demands, grievances, policies and other issues
- Recruitment - Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, onboard, and retain top talent in every department of the company
- Contact clients and customers weekly
- Conduct welcome calls

- Payroll & Benefits - Manage and maintain the pay plan, payroll, and benefits program with the salaried/hourly employees of the company
- Legal compliance - Ensure legal compliance throughout the company by creating and upholding the employee handbook, safety manual, etc.
- Support - Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of the people within our organization
Reporting Structure:
You will report directly to our CFO, as well as work closely with the sales and executive teams.
