Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Make sure that when a delivery is received that the person it is for is notified.
- Handle outgoing and incoming mail. Anything at the end of the day that is not picked up by UPS/Fedex place in box outside.
- Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Utilize computer systems for data entry and document management.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is required.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in office software applications.
- Bilingual required.
- Experience with Contact Pro highly desirable.
