Front Desk Receptionist
Our company is looking for an individual who has the capability to multi-task, remain professional and courteous with all patients, and work as a team member.

Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- (Preferred) One year’s minimum experience in medical practice
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills.
- Strong Organization with attention to detail.
- Ability to schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as necessary.
- Ability to maintain professionality under pressure.
- An ability to answer patient’s needs with empathetic concern and respect.
- Ability to travel (if necessary) in between offices.
- Ability to work a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Checks in patient.
- Verifies patient’s identity.
- Checks out patient.
- Collects patient’s payment.
- Answers overflow of calls in a timely manner.
- Identifies emergency calls and schedules under the correct physician appropriately.
- Schedules, re-schedules, and cancels appointments as necessary.
- Disperses patient paperwork in appropriation to their visit.
- Obtains patient's personal identification and insurance card to scan into the system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
