Our company has grown exponentially since opening in 2017, starting with our Florida Offices around Tampa, Orlando, Miami, and Jacksonville. Within the past 6 year we have expanded out of Florida as Tristate Financial Advisors in the Philadelphia, Charlotte, Nashville, and DC Metro area, as well as Georgia Financial Advisors in Atlanta, and Texas Financial Advisors in Dallas and Austin and Four Corners Financial Advisors in Las Vegas and Phoenix.

Ultimately, you should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.
Position: Recruiting Coordinator
Hours: 40/week
Location: 3689 Tampa Rd, Suite 330, Oldsmar FL 34677
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies for multiple offices
- Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies
- Plan and implement a Recruiting Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
- Maintain daily recruiting requirements
- Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress
- Coordinate with the executive team
