Duties
- Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
- Utilize social media platforms for talent sourcing and employer branding initiatives.
- Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Assist in employee evaluations and provide insights on candidate performance during the selection process.
- Support executive recruiting efforts by identifying potential candidates for senior-level positions.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide support in employee relations matters as needed, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR sourcing or recruiting, preferably in technical or executive recruiting environments.
- Familiarity with Kronos or similar HR management systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
- Experience in sales or cold calling is advantageous for outreach efforts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes, including LinkedIn and other platforms.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to contribute to team success.
