About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced AP Coordinator to join our team in Lake Mary, FL. As an AP Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reconciling accounts. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical to the success of our organization and requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
