Essential Functions:
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and assisting them appropriately.
- Answer and route calls; determine requirements of caller and route to appropriate staff.
- Provide administrative support as requested to collate and prepare letters, special billings and other documentation and package.
- Order and maintain the office supply inventory.
- Distribute incoming faxes to appropriate staff.
- Maintain the receptionist area and lobby.
Knowledge & Experience Needed:
- 1 year of relevant experience and/or training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual required – English and Spanish.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Able to work independently with little supervision.
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong customer service skills.
- Team player.
- Detailed and accurate.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
