We are currently recruiting for a Multifamily Programs Business Operations Administrator to join our Multifamily Programs team. The preferred candidate will be a self-starter with professional work experience that works well in a fast-paced team environment.
This position will work within the Multifamily unit on all projects that will affect the unit. The Administrator will assist the Multifamily department in determining the goals of the unit regarding system tools and applications and will serve as the unit’s business contact regarding development of, changes to, and troubleshooting of those tools and applications. This position will ensure that the unit’s requirements and needs are documented and will assist in creating and updating business process documentation and flow charts. Teamwork and interpersonal skills will be essential as this position will serve as the liaison between the Multifamily department and multiple other business units.
This position will also work on and serve as the main point of contact for department-wide process improvement projects and initiatives. The Administrator will move projects from inception to completion within the Multifamily business unit and will serve as the main point of contact for staff. This will include engaging with key stakeholders, defining the project scope, providing an initial gap analysis, and determining the goals of the project. They will formulate and communicate the vision for projects and will engage the team to elicit participation to reach project goals.
Another important role of this position is documenting and ensuring consistency and utilization of processes within the Multifamily team along with ensuring data quality that is input into the Corporation’s systems and applications. This position will ensure that business unit processes are documented and will operate a periodic Continuous Process Improvement program for major business unit processes. The Administrator will also establish a process to ensure a high level of data accuracy, consistency amongst documentation and document naming conventions, and placement of official records in the appropriate system and application.
