We are looking for someone to come and join our rapidly growing company in the Real Estate Investing industry. If you are a GREAT salesperson you should earn $100,000 with us, and if you are a STAR salesperson, you should earn well over $150,000. You do not need to have real estate sales experience or be licensed in any way.

We are a leading real estate investments specializing in property sales, and we are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Telemarketers for properties .

This position is specifically designed for individuals who excel in phone sales and are motivated by commission-based earnings.

Your enthusiastic resourcefulness and motivation to succeed is what will allow you the chance to get this job.

This is a flexible position that has the ability to produce a large income for you.

The better salesperson you are, the higher your paycheck will be each month.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage leads in our company's database.
• Build rapport with the clients, overcome objections and get the contracts signed.
• Must be able to follow company's closing sequence.
• Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects.
• Must be motivated to bring in outside business.
• Must be a team player and get along with the other staff.

This person is a fast starter and able to use their people skills and talents to build a lasting career. They can follow instructions and are detail oriented.

Compensation:

This is a 100% commission bonuses with quality leads provided to you for FREE. Your average commission per deal will be $1,500 - $2,500, sometimes much larger.
