Units open to the Nurse Residency :
The Nurse Residency Program at Florida Medical Center provides new nurses with the skills, knowledge and confidence to transition from a student nurse to a fully competent and resourceful nurse. The residency program is a detailed 12-16-week program consisting of classroom and unit training. During that time, we focus on improving the confidence and abilities of new nurses to think, assess and manage all outcomes that promotes quality care all while navigating a space of patient safety at the bedside.
