Marketing Sales Representative (minimum 3 years experience)

Florida Medical Pain Management is seeking a professional Marketing Sales Representative with 3-5 years of experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Generates and develops new business to meet specified production goals.

· Must have adequate knowledge in social media platforms(Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, other media outlets)

· Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships

· Contacts physician, attorney offices, promotes FMPMH services and spends time traveling to meet directly with both new and existing physicians to market new products and ensure the quality of services.

· Submit a weekly marketing and sales report

· Maintains files of market competition and areas of strengths, weaknesses and differentiation; shops the competition; communicates findings.

· Drafts copy for existing marketing collateral on an ongoing basis. Participates with others in determining the future viability of existing marketing materials

· Executes special events, seminars and projects, networking events, employee/company-wide events

· Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

· Prepares and presents sales proposals.

· Maintain digital marketing applications company-wide.

· Plans and manages sales territory.

· Understands and communicates information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients.

· Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of medical sales industry product information.

· Implement marketing activities that can be applied to multiple situations to maximize effectiveness and dollar expenditures. Draws from and builds upon existing successful marketing activities. Consistently applies quality standards to all marketing activities, regardless of medium.

· Attends strategic sales meetings.

· Ensures that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.

· Provides timely and accurate reports as required.

· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School diploma or Associate degree. 3-5 years of experience in marketing mainly Physician office's, lawyers office, MRI company etc.. or medical field..

· Must be a self-starter and proactive. With strong interpersonal skills.

· Commitment to excellence and high standards.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization

· Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

· Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.

· Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and sales management applications such as Salesforce.
