Job Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking laborers to join our team of mobile home installers. Here at Top Notch the ideal candidate is able to perform tasks in a safe and efficient manner, perform heavy lifting, follow instructions, communicate effectively, pay attention to detail and work well in a team environment. We complete a variety of services on mobile homes and you will be required to crawl under for most if not all jobs. Pay is based on experience (we will train you) at a daily rate, with raises and the ability to earn "double-days". Reliable transportation to and from the shop is mandatory. FULL TIME ONLY.
Requirements
- MUST be able to crawl under mobile homes
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Move material, equipment, or other objects by hand
- Climb stairs and ladders.
- Ability to work outside; ability to work in small spaces ; ability to operate various tools and equipment (such as a jackhammer); stand or sit for extended times in uncomfortable positions; lift objects up to 50 pounds manually (no assistance); lift objects over 100 pounds manually
Responsibilities
- Install mobile homes according to specifications, ensuring proper alignment and stability.
- Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of mobile home components as required.
- Maintain a valid driver's license to transport materials and equipment to job sites.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and effectively.

Pay: $180.00 - $350.00 per day

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
