Responsibilities:
- Perform renovations and repairs on mobile homes, including flooring, siding, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Install and upgrade interior features such as cabinets, countertops, doors, and windows.
- Inspect structures for damage and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.
- Operate tools and equipment necessary for renovation tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile home repairs and improvements.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure project expectations are met.
- Follow company policies and safety regulations at all times.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in mobile home renovation, remodeling, or general construction.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and flooring specific to mobile homes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders.
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and other construction equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance with industry regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
