What You'll Do
✅ Assist customers in both English and Spanish with policy inquiries, coverage options, and claims support.
✅ Process payments, policy renewals, and modifications with accuracy and efficiency.
✅ Educate clients on available auto insurance products, discounts, and benefits.
✅ Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving expertise.
✅ Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation.
✅ Collaborate with agents and underwriters to ensure a seamless client experience.
What We're Looking For
Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
Previous experience in customer service or insurance (auto insurance experience is a plus!).
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of interactions with patience and efficiency.
Must be licensed (or willing to obtain an insurance license).
