Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Our Exclusion Repair Specialists are responsible for repairs / modifications to dwellings in relation to preventing rodents from entering the home.
- Exclusion Services - Perform exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations. Set up and build exclusion traps. Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
- Customer Experience – Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits. Responds to phone and in-person service call requests on a timely basis. Contact customers to confirm scheduled services.
- Continuous Learning – Become knowledgeable in the array of available products and services through provided, paid training.
