Overview
Florida Preferred group is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating administrative tasks and providing support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Duties
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist all supervisors and managers as support staff before issues get directed to hr or office manager
- Provide clerical support such as data entry, proofreading, and document preparation
- Utilize Google Suite, Google Drive, Doc u sign, HubSpot, Site audit pro for various office tasks
- Create reports and send reports to clients
- Coordinate supplemental work with employee, client and manager
- Support with customer service inquiries and provide assistance as needed
- Familiarlity with Workforce for basic onboarding tasks
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
Experience
- Proven experience in an organizational role
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is beneficial
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Ability to maintain files and records accurately
- Excellent proofreading skills
- Customer service experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
