Social Media / CRM manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a blend of public relations expertise, graphic design skills, and proficiency in content creation to produce compelling posts across various social media channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Create engaging content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Manage daily social media activities including posting, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.
• Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Oversee advertising campaigns on social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
• Conduct video editing for promotional content and social media stories.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Foster relationships with influencers and public relations contacts to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong skills in content creation, including writing, video editing, and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with advertising strategies on social media platforms.
• Experience using Hootsuite or similar social media management tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage audiences effectively.
• A keen understanding of public relations principles and practices is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
