Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Floater to join our growing practice. The Floater will provide support between our two locations, and will preform various office and clinical duties to keep our healthcare practice running efficiently. Our floater candidate must be able to adapt to doing multiple jobs and be skilled in multitasking for different providers at either one of our two locations.
Duties:
- Be able to do check- in/ check- out at either one of our two locations.
- Support coworkers with scanning, faxing, and other clerical duties.
- Answer phones.
- Completes referrals, release of records and other supportive paperwork.
- Request and obtains documents from other offices and completes tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Be able to answer questions for patients and providing the essential information patients may need.
- Requirements

- Provides excellent customer service to patients, visitors and teammates.
- Can effectively communicate, verbally and in writing.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
