About the Role
As a key member of our team at Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Donor Processing Department. Your primary responsibilities will include processing gifts and constituent data with accuracy and efficiency, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and ensure the secure receipt, opening, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail to/from the Main Office.
- Process donations from Business Reply Envelopes, verifying check information for accurate depositing and recording in donor records.
- Account for and deposit all monies received from various sources, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Review and update constituent records in the database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of gift processing information.
- Communicate effectively with constituents and staff to clarify any discrepancies or concerns.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of office experience.
- Proficiency in Windows-based software, including Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with Raiser's Edge software is preferred.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $15.50 hourly. We also offer a range of benefits, including health savings account, supplemental life insurance, short-term disability, and Aflac products available.
