Role Description
The Data Processing Coordinator works closely with the Donor Processing Department, responsible for managing the flow of data and maintaining its integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the receipt and dispatch of mail, ensuring timely and secure handling.
- Processes donations accurately, checking for any discrepancies in check information and updating records accordingly.
- Ensures all financial transactions are properly recorded and accounted for, following established policies and procedures.
- Conducts thorough reviews of constituent records, making updates as needed and adding new entries to the database.
- Communicates effectively with constituents or donor relations staff to clarify any issues related to gift processing.
- Verifies and edits gift processing completed by colleagues to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
- Handles daily receipt and thank you letter processing as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- One year of experience in an administrative setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Windows-based software, particularly Microsoft Office applications, is essential.
- Familiarity with Raiser's Edge software is beneficial but not required.
