Responsibilities
The Florida Prepaid College Board is currently seeking a part-time Marketing Operations Specialist (OPS). This exciting opportunity will provide broad exposure and work experience in marketing and communications for a $15B organization, as well as the opportunity to be a part of our upcoming transition to a new Salesforce platform and marketing re-brand rollout.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support efforts related to marketing, sales, customer service and public relations for multiple brands, including Florida Prepaid College Savings Plans, the Florida Prepaid
- College Foundation and ABLE United. This includes administrative duties to support marketing efforts.
- Assist in review of marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, blogs, social media and website, as well as earned media press releases and other communications.
- Collect and analyze information to assist with development, implementation and measurement of Marketing Plan(s) for each brand.
- Research college savings and consumer behavior trends.
- Assist with Marketing efforts related to Salesforce customer chatbot, as well as customer service telephone system (IVR) enhancements in Amazon Connect.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in business, public relations, journalism, communication, or a related field
Preferences:
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MailChimp), Salesforce, Smartsheet, and WordPress.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Creative thinking, problem solving, attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Advanced computer literacy with emphasis in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Hiring Rate: $18/hour
OPS hours are part-time (not to exceed 25 hours per week)
