Duties are performed primarily in an office setting. Operates computer and standard office equipment, such as telephone and copier/printer. Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, talk, hear, taste/smell, lift or move (up to 80 pounds) and occasionally reach with hands and arms. On rare occasions, may be exposed to environmental conditions such as wet/humid areas, work near mechanical parts, and work in high precarious places, outdoor weather conditions, and risk of electrical shock.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for IT-related issues and queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Assist with the setup and deployment of new equipment.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Document and track issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and systems.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
- Ensure accurate installation, configuration, and certification of workstations, printers, cameras, servers, network, and vendor coordination related to the systems.
- Facilitate an efficient process for the installation or relocation, configuration, and customization of workstations for fair-time only employees.
- Support Credentials operations by assisting with the printing of tickets and badges within the automated ticket system.
- Perform additional work-related duties as needed.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified IT Professional, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
- Ability to receive, organize, plan, and complete complex work assignments in a timely fashion
- Ability to be proactive, take ownership, and independently develop and implement new technologies
- Excellent communications and customer service skills and the ability to operate courteously under pressure
- Basic skills working with Office 365 products
- Ability to lift and install equipment up to 80 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours including, but not limited to, early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays as well as 24/7 coverage for major system outages
