Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team. The Territory Manager will play a vital role in expanding our patient base by developing and nurturing relationships with attorneys, chiropractors, and physicians to obtain patient referrals for our specialized services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our practice while making a meaningful impact on the lives of patients in need of specialized medical care.
Travel Requirements: Bradenton, Sarasota, Brandon and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target key referral sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources through regular communication, meetings, and educational presentations.
- Educate referral sources on the range of services offered by our practice, highlighting our expertise in neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, and interventional pain management.
- Track and analyze referral data to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact referral patterns.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures related to neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, and pain management is a plus.
- Knowledge of the personal injury marketplace
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the assigned territory.
- CRM experience
