Member Services Representative - Call Center - English or Bi-lingual
To assist members and potential members with their telephone requests; explains services, responds to problems, and directs phone calls to the appropriate area.
Answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve; refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations.
Identifies cross‑sell opportunities and cross‑sells services to members.
Assures that appropriate procedures are followed and that proper forms are prepared accurately.
Assists other departments and branches, including performing paying and receiving duties as a teller when needed.
Maintains member account information on computer system.
Direct all phone calls to the appropriate person with minimum transfers.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Salary : $15 - $19
