Position Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to provide personalized support to our residents. In this role, you will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and foster a safe and caring environment. Your presence will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide direct care to residents while recognizing their individual needs and encouraging independence.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Help maintain a clean and comfortable living environment by assisting with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support.
- Follow all state regulations, including required training and certifications.
