We're seeking a skilled Dental AI Sales Representative to join our team. As a strategic business developer, you will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, driving sales growth and building strong relationships with dental professionals.

Job Description

  • Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and engage with dental practices that can benefit from Fiona's AI receptionist capabilities.
  • Conduct Outreach: Execute outbound calls, send targeted emails, and leverage social networks to generate interest and schedule product demos.
  • Build Relationships: Develop rapport with dentists, office managers, and decision-makers in the dental industry.
  • Take Ownership and Be Proactive: Drive your own pipeline, experiment with outreach strategies, and iterate based on results.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and conversion rates.
  • Manage CRM: Track outreach efforts, manage follow-ups, and maintain an organized pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Occasional Travel: Attend dental trade shows, conferences, or on-site meetings as needed to build relationships and close deals.

Dental Sales Experience: You have experience selling to dental offices and understand the decision-making process in this space.

Strong Communication Skills: You're confident on the phone, compelling over email, and persuasive in conversations.

CRM and Tech-Savvy: Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs is a plus.

Existing Dental Relationships a Plus: Having an existing network in the dental industry will give you a strong advantage.

Comfortable with Remote Work: You can manage your own schedule, stay organized, and hit your sales goals from anywhere.
