In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between technical product development and go-to-market strategies, ensuring our solutions resonate with our target audiences and drive measurable business outcomes.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Marketing Leadership :
Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy that aligns with Flosum’s growth objectives in the Salesforce DevOps and data backup spaces.Define clear positioning and messaging that differentiates Flosum in a competitive market.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform product and marketing strategies.
Salesforce Ecosystem Expertise :
Stay intimately informed about the Salesforce platform, including the nuances of Salesforce DevOps processes, data backup requirements, and ecosystem trends.Collaborate with Salesforce experts internally and externally to refine our product offerings and messaging.
Go-to-Market Execution :
Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits and compelling narratives.Own product launch strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, impactful releases.Produce sales enablement materials, including competitive battlecards, feature briefs, whitepapers, and case studies.
Customer-Centric Marketing :
Build a deep understanding of our customers—who they are, what they value, and how our solutions solve their challenges.Gather and synthesize customer feedback, collaborating with Product teams to enhance offerings.Drive customer-focused content initiatives, such as webinars, success stories, and community engagements.
Performance Measurement :
Establish KPIs for all product marketing efforts and measure their impact on revenue, market share, and customer adoption.Use data and insights to iterate and continuously improve marketing approaches.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem or related SaaS platforms.Demonstrated success in launching and marketing complex technical products.Deep familiarity with Salesforce, its ecosystem, and the needs of Salesforce customers.Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate technical details into impactful marketing materials.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts.Data-driven mindset and experience using metrics to inform decisions and improve performance.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSSalesforce certifications or hands-on experience working with Salesforce solutions.Experience in DevOps, data security, or enterprise SaaS marketing.Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, content creation, and marketing automation tools.WHAT WE OFFERA collaborative, innovative, and supportive environment.Opportunities to grow within a fast-paced and rapidly evolving space.The chance to work with a global team and make a meaningful impact in the Salesforce ecosystem.
