Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with local organizations, communities, and influencers.
- Promote Flourish In’s events and initiatives to increase local participation.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing community-focused events.
- Ensure events run smoothly by handling logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Act as a liaison between Flourish In and community partners to nurture long-term, meaningful relationships.
- Engage with attendees, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor community engagement and event success metrics.
- Provide regular reports to the team, outlining areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
