We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing team and gain hands-on experience in the event planning and marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you will support our event marketing team in various aspects of event coordination and execution. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Event Planning & Coordination: Assist with the preparation, planning, and coordination of events, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish
• Logistics Support: Help with the setup, breakdown, and management of event materials, ensuring everything is organized and ready for execution
• Client and Vendor Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and event partners, ensuring clear communication and coordination leading up to and during events
• On-Site Event Assistance: Provide hands-on support during events by helping with guest services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring attendees have a positive experience
• Promotional Materials: Assist with creating, distributing, and managing event marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand objectives
• Feedback & Insights: Collect post-event feedback from clients and attendees, and assist with event evaluation to help improve future events
  
  

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, and vendors
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, prioritize effectively, and pay attention to details in a fast-paced environment
• Team-Oriented: Collaborative with a positive attitude, willing to work in a team to achieve event success
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and handle challenges that may arise before or during events
• Passion for Events: Enthusiasm for the event planning industry and a desire to learn and grow in this field
• Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work evenings and weekends, as events may require non-traditional hours
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field is a plus
