Your Role as Client Services Coordinator:
As the Client Services Coordinator, you will be the face of our clinic, ensuring families feel welcomed and supported from their very first interaction. Your role will include:
Front Desk:
- Greeting families with warmth and professionalism.
- Answering phones, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
- Managing the clinic calendar to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Patient Intake & Authorizations:
- Coordinating and completing patient intake processes, including gathering necessary documentation.
- Managing patient authorizations for services, ensuring compliance with insurance and clinic policies.
- Verifying insurance benefits and maintaining accurate records.
Administrative Coordination:
- Supporting therapists with scheduling changes, documentation, and communication needs.
- Maintaining organized patient files and clinic records.
- Assisting with special projects and clinic events as needed.
- Supporting daily clinic workflow.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A warm, friendly demeanor with excellent customer service abilities.
- Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in using scheduling or electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position, with a schedule that includes some evenings and Saturday hours.
