At Flow Automotive Companies, our Customer Relationship Center is an industry leader in digital sales, customer service, and service reservations. We our looking for candidates to join our growing team in our outbound sales and service positions This is a Part-time position with Friday and Saturday hours only.
Our agents ask and answer questions and provide valuable information via email, phone, chat, and text for customers who are shopping for their next new or pre-owned vehicle. This position will reach out to customers about service recall and retention offers. Discuss offers to buy cars from customers. They will work for 45 Flow stores and 22 brands across North Carolina and Virginia from our state-of-the-art facility in downtown Winston-Salem.
Through our training program, we are able to on-board team members from many professional backgrounds and help them find success in a new career. If you have experience with sales, customer service, telephone sales, reservations booking, as a server, bartender, or anywhere in the automotive industry and are passionate about serving customers – we want to hear from you!
Objectives of the Role:
- Using an automated phone system the agent will call between 200 and 300 customers a day
- Will update customers on the latest services from Flow including recall, retention, and vehicle equity evaluation offers
- Agent will communicate with customers by call, text, and email using pre scripted text
- Coordinate appointments and escalate customer issues
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- High school diploma required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
