Inside Sales Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
Accurately and efficiently process customer orders.
Assist with product quoting and pricing.
Collaborate with the outside sales team to provide product information and support.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.
Warehouse Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
Manage inventory levels to ensure accurate records and timely replenishment.
Implement and maintain an efficient warehouse layout and organization.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations.
Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts. Qualifications:
Proven experience in warehouse management and inside sales.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and order processing software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of industrial automation products and components is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with Salesforce and Profit 21 is a plus.
